Driveway Cleaning

Driveway cleaning is our speciality and by far our most frequently requested cleaning service. Driveways across across Cornwall can deteriorate very quickly if they are not looked after, so some form of regular maintenance is advisable.

Driveways are laid using many different surfaces these days and they all need regular upkeep to keep them in good condition. Block paving, imprinted concrete, tarmac, paving slabs and various types of natural stone are the most frequently used and each one can be vulnerable to the spread of weeds, algae, lichen, moss and other forms of surface growth. This does not take into account the additional deterioration from tyre marks, oil stains and bird droppings.

As well as pre-treating a driveway to kill off any weeds, we can give the surface a comprehensive clean using our high powered pressure washers. The powerful jets of water can quickly remove any dirt or grime that may have accumulated on the surface of the driveway over time.

Once we have finished pressure washing the driveway, and left sufficient time for it to dry off, we can then apply Smartseal sealers to the block paving or imprinted concrete to provide lasting. Sealing the driveway will make maintenance easier and restrict the growth of algae and weeds. It will also help to minimise colour loss from UV light.
